Canon care centre malpractice

I have brought a canon digital powershot g6 model. After a year the LCD was not functioning. So, I made a contact from the canon web site as I was not aware of the customer service centre in India. So, in reply the addresses of service centres in India were written. I contacted one of the service centre which is located in Jogeshwari Mumbai. On 28th of Oct. I submitted my camera. There was a assurance tha within two days they will find out what may be the fault. I agreed their decision. As per their duty they have to contact me but nobody had a simple courtesy to contact me. On 31st Oct. I again contacted on phone and went personally to their service centre. The Technician said that it was a fault of LCD and that has to be replaced. I again agreed to him. Then he made a contact Guragaon the main service centre inIndia. The stock was not available there. so the person told me that the LCD has to be ordered from Singapore. I said ok to that decision then he agreed to give me that within 7-8 days. After 8 days when I again phoned that Canon centre there was a reply that the part is not avalble in singapore you have to again wait for another 8 -10 days. In this they have not ciontacted me anyway to tell about my camera . On 28th Oct. I told them about my program in the house and want that camera back any how on 14th Nov. I contacted Chanel service manager of mumbai, but only call centre type reply sorry for inconvenience, thank you , I will try my best etc. I phoned him on 13th Nov I phoned him again but the solution which Mr. Chanel service manager was that I have to pay the half money and then they will return my camera with anybodys old lcd which will work only for few days and when part will came he will call me. I was agrred to him as I am in need of my camera . actually there was not any reason to give him money except that he wants assurance of the lcd should be taken from him only. But the service centre and their manager have no faith in the customer they want to run their business by fooling customers. On 14th I again personally went but the camera was not ready with old lcd. The man Mr Technician told that you will get this camera by night upto 2200 hrs. I was waiting upto 2215 hrs. but nobody has called me for the information. Again I made contact to their service manager and told hom the story he assured me to give feed back but the whole night he didn’t make it. again on 15 thI have tried my level best to follow up. On 16th Nov. after continuous follow up from morning he delivered my camera and by the good nature of human I gave him half the amount for which he has taken that old LCD and courier charges from where he has brought that. After testing the camera he removed the batter of my camera and went. The battery was mine but I was in hurry to attend the program I coluld not notice that he has removed it and taken back. After 3 hrs I noticed about it and again the drama has started. The man who is the owner of the shop without taking delivery documents delivred the camera and removed my battery. Again I had a suffering from Canon Cantre -Jogeshwari. Now I want to go to consumer court against all this matter. Then tell me how to maintain the good company’s product if customer service is fooling us?
