Poor after sales service

I have a Samsung Microwave. I had called up their customer care centre on the toll free number and got a complaint number from them


The door is slightly tight and I thought that wiht that it could also be serviced. I am presently in Mhow which is about 25 km from Indore. It has been two weeks


I have called up their toll free numer n number of times and they keep assuring me that someone will get in touch. I have even mailed thier’ Customer satisfaction team’ -( Now thats a joke). They have supposedly sent’urgent’ reminders to the concerned service centre. The product is good, I have used it for 7 years, it has Microwave and a grill function


The enamel body has served us well over the years, and is easy to maintain. The heating is decent **But their service / feedback / response is lousy.May be they are waiting for it to shut down completely, so I have to pay more, or buy another. Well I definitely am not buying another Samsung product
