Maintaining the laptop could be as easy as positively thought. I have followed a few advices on the same and understand that the suggestions are too general that could be possibly related to handling a new wife: Handle carefully when new and then unconsciously you hamper the relationship even if you dont want to. Important facts to understand before handling your laptop:
.] The keyboard part in the Laptop is sensitive. Do not get any eatables also not allowing dust particles to accumulate. If they get in, they are very difficult to remove
.] The screen of the Laptop is very sensitive and also one of the most expensive and irrepairable parts which should be taken care of while closing and opening. The screen should be cleaned with a dry cloth. The screen should not be exposed to sun-light(sun-rays)
.] Maintenance grows when the configuration of the Laptop is high because you unnecessarily tend to install useless stuff which under any circumstance should be removed. It reduces the functionality of the machine(like in the Desktop)
.] The greater the number of ports, the greater is the wiring which should be handled with due care because they always lie attached to the machine unlike in the Desktop where you have a different CPU and you only pay attention to the screen and the keyboard/mouse
.] Magnetic materials should be placed away from the Laptop and all the drives(including the swappables) should be handled with care(especially the CD Rom Drive)
