I have two scooters in my house
1) honda activa
2) kinetic honda dx
I service it as per their strokes.activa is a 4 stroke so it requires only a change in engine oil and the carburator needs cleaning.A water wash will remove all the mud which cause rusting.Activa is easy to service just the top opens like a bonnet(like a car).
kinetic honda is a good vehicle but it needs a lot of attention.It gets mud underneath the vehicle which causes corrosion, this causes the chassis to break which is very risky.In activa there is a plastic cover which prevents the mud from getting settled on the frame underneath.kinetic honda has a lot of nuts and bolts so servicing take a bit long.
the above two vehicles have seperate gearbox(automatic)which need a 20-40 oil for lubrication.If this oil is not changed then your vehicle will give a lot of noise and the gearheads get damaged.So don’t forget to change oil in regular intervals.
wash your scooters regularly.remove any kind of bird dropping as this will corrode thepaint job.
and now you have pampered your scooter and sp set the road on fire
