We purchased samsung fully automatic washing machine for our domestic use. It has been a very bitter experience and we consider it wastage of money. The machine does not perform as per the promise of the make. I made several complaints and to my surprise no one turned up even to give a demo for the item worth Rs 16, 000.
This machine has not given satisfactory performance and I recommend that there are many better brands available in the market as compared to samsung. I suggest that one should not only make comparison of technical specifications but also ensure the post purchase provisions for judicious use of time, money and energy before buying such a costly gazet for your home.
Since we brought samsung brand of automatic washing machine in our home, the washing has become a point of discussion every time. We use recommended quantity / brand of detergents and cleansing agents but the washing is very poor. Most of the time the cloths are not cleaned properly and it takes lot of time in washing because of longer cycle. Being aware of technological advancements is a must now a days other wise it may be only the question of improper choice.
I was surprised that this brand has very large network but their response time and attitude is horrible. I can not think of a fully automatic washing if such situation continues.
I strongly recommend that this brand of fully automatic washing machine has been a wrong choice.
