I have a I-Nova model of Eureka forbes water filter.
On 09/03/08, I took Annual Maintainene Contract (AMC) bearing receipt No- 15167145.
As per AMC, there is a cleaning schedule of filter after 6 months.
So My filter should have been cleaned on 09/09/08. And even I forgot about this. When I remembered about this on 15dec08, I called customer care where in I was promised that someone will come to my home within 24hrs. I asked the customer care executive that a note to be made on my request that the technician should visit my home after 4pm only as my wife comes home at 4pm.
After 2 days someone came at 9.30 and left a peice of paper saying "the door was found locked". There was no mention of name or contact of the person. Only Landline number of the nearest franchisee office was given (08065955438). WHen I tried making call to the number, no one lifted. I tried to contact thuis number for a week.
Finally I again called customer care on 22dec08. Same promise of 24hrs was made and again I reminded that the technician should come only after 4pm or he should call me so that I can take short leave from office and be at home.
WHen no one came after 24hrs, I again called the customer care and again 24hrs promise was made. And again I didnt forgot to mention to come after 4pm.
Today, a technician came at same 9.30am and left same peice of paper without any contact number.
Now I dont know which language these people understands.
I told 4 times that technician should visit after 4pm.
And the bigger question is when they have charged 1000rs for amc, why didnt they came during september and if at all they had come, where is their piece of paper that they leave is a house is locked.?
Why didnt they called me over phone to fix an appointment?
And what is happening when i am calling them for 4 times? Is this why i paid for amc.
Is this amc.??
