Don't buy a whirlpool purafresh RO water purifier

I am a senior citizen of 72 years. I  was using a Aquaguard water filter for the for last 17 years. On 19/05/2013 I purchased the above water purifier .On 03/02/2014 I got changed two filters( Plus Sediment & Pre carbon) at my cost.

On 23/04/2014 I entered into a 1 year full  AMC of Rs.4074/-(Receipt No.5128).

From May onwards my flat was on renovation till January 2015. Water filter  was reinstalled  and filters were changed in the month of March 2015.After that the water was smelling badly so I registered a complaint.

Whirl engineer came and checked the water and informed that one filter is to be changed and will do it on next.

From service center informed that I will have to make extra payment for that.It confirms my doubt that the replaced filters are being taken away for reprocessing by whirlpool and supplying the same to customers.

How a filter changed in March will be of no useful in April. A common man can understand the facts.

When my contract for FULL AMC why I  should pay extra for changing filters when I am is still under AMC.

It is merely looting of public. Nobody from WHIRLPOOL  had confirmed in writing that I will have to pay extra.

I have talked to Mr.Prashant Patel, Mr.Ganesh Jaiswal and many others from Whirlpool.

Nobody is giving in writing.

My sincere advice is that "DONN’T NEVER " purchase any household articles from WHIRLPOOL.
