I along with family opted to try maiyas restaurant. Took the burden of driving an extra 5kms changing the direction towards home from the city. We dropped nearby maiyas that is near Malleswaram.At first, we felt good about the place, it’s quite spacious for the family feels hanging out. As soon as we tried entering the place, we were stopped by waiters, said only special meals allowed nothing else with arrogance. It’s quite obvious about the availability. In fact, there is no humbleness in greeting customers first. even seeing senior citizens joined in our family. Despite that, we thought we can make seniors settle down and see what’s available. It’s difficult in city to take senior citizens to hop on the different hotels. We just asked the hotel staff if they could afford an extra plate for the senior citizens, they can just opt for light food. Despite treating customers with helping hands. They just ignore and with arrogance staffs denied the extra plate. We couldn’t understand, how difficult the customs the hotel was following. Staff stuck with 2 things special meals and no sharing. It was so difficult for us to sit and eat food in the place. Where there was more restrictions and conditions.
I can afford all those conditions but at least when there were senior citizens wherein they have difficult to walk around the city. There should be a way Hotels should treat customers in good way. It’s not all about money, its about wasting food in extra order.
Can agree if your offerings, facilities are amazing and disciplinary staff’s mind-blowing. Trust me maiyaas food isn’t that awesome to digest the treatment you make. Staffs live in 1940’s thought Brand name is superior. I wish it would have tasted better at least. Food tasted like sht. I think your restaurant food, hotel staff, ethics of treating customers is the complete sht package. Cost is way too high for the food you offer. I still don’t understand why people still think to go have food.
