I ordered a variety of fish from this site in Oct’20 for abt Rs.1, 800. A few days later, saw a banner on the site that due to high COVID cases, delivery would be delayed. I was OK with a few weeks delay and so didn’t worry much. Now it’s Jul’21 and there is still no update or delivery. Multiple tickets and WhatsApp messages have been done from my side, but no response from them. Saw that some fellow hobbyists have lodged complaints with Cybercell, will also do so if there is no response in next 2-3 weeks.
