I booked THREE business class tickets from india to usa and back. The agent made a mistake’ and even though I called within a day I was penalized $1400. The agent Ajay Dhawan promised at least some reparation, but never called back. Makemytrip refused any help. Repeated calls were futile. Horrible experience. Will never use them again. Will never refer anybody. Ended up paying more than most other airlines.


This is despite calling several times. This reflects very very badly on India.
