Booking a ticket on makemytrip.com was the worst mistake of my life. The customer care is horrible. Never trust what they say, they always speak lies.They will make you false promises for delivery of ticket and finally if you have to catch the flight you have to go the their corporate office in Delhi and get the ticket. They told me for 4 days that they will deliver the ticket next day and finally I have to go to Delhi to collect the ticket from there office. And Most important never give your credit card’s CCV number on the phone to MakeMytrip’s DEVIL (executive) they can do any thing with it. never trust them.
At the end I will like recommend you not to ever book your ticket by makemytrip.com. If you do it they you will have to suffer for sure so don’t use it or be prepared for harresment.
