I have made a flight booking with Makemytrip.com through their app purchase on 29 December 2016. There was a promotional offer with HDFC bank & Makemytrip for International flight. While booking I applied their code and I should receive cash back to my card account in 21 working days. I couldn’t receive my cash back and when I called them, the executive told me that the HDFC Credit card offer is valid only untill 29 September 2016. I told them this offer was running on that day with timer on your website as well as in the APP. After Complaining they now come with the answer I didn’t apply deal code.
I was completely Cheated by them and request other people before making booking with them take screen shot of the transaction which you are going to make with deal code applied. Otherwise this Cheaters will suck your hard earned money.
