Third class service

Pointless booking flight tickets here as the timings get changed every now and then.and when it comes to refund you don’t get the full refund and they adjust it with the cashback which is received by the user.


Why do they allow airlines to change the flight timings even after booking a round trip.customer service is pathetic did not inform when initially asked about cancellation of ticket.Bad service!
