Very pathetic service. I have been waiting for a refund of a ticket. They failed to book, but they did accept the amount though.
Its been more than 2 months now , still when I call Make My Trip, the only answer I get it "It will be done in three working days."
Now the only option I am left with, is to approach consumer court.
