We had booked a hotel in Hyderabad for make my trip. When we reached there, the hotel manager said that room is not available. We tried to call the MMT customer care and these guys took lot of time. And at last didn’t solve the problem. Pathetic customer service. I will never book hotels for Make my trip ever
