MakeMyTrip is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

Great fraud

Please don’t try to book air tickets or train ticket with makemytrip.com, you will lose your money. You can book a ticket with local travel agent where you would definitely get your refund at least. I had cancelled a ticket for non-operational reason two months back.so far no response and they keep on saying you will get in 3 days. But i understood one thing that they will not refund for sure.
