We book hotel in Goa through Make my trip they changed very high as compare to direct hotel booking. Hotel suit rooms is so pathetic we raise compain to make my trip. Their customer service experience is very poor. They are looting customer taking commission from hotel as well as customer. They have no ownership for pathetic experience and not ready to refund money. Their customer team people not support they are coverup this cheating through credit small token so that again next time they cheated you. This travel website also playing gov of india GST regulation and charged higher gst for food or breakfast book through this website. Now time to come to comeout this cheating system and directly negotiate with hotel they will provide much better price because both hotel and customer commission can save by customer . In india tourism industry not grown because this type of fake website and business model. I am using make my trip from many years but we feel now they started looting business and earn profit for Chinase investor by looting money from Indian . Time to change though process and fight for your right as customer
