Worst experience with makemytrip booking

Hello Makemytrip,

I have my flight from Amsterdam to Dubai flying on June 23rd from Qatar Airways via Doha. I’m a UAE resident and because of Qatar crisis, Qatar Airways flights flying to Dubai(UAE) are banned and thus I wanted to cancel my flight ticket to claim full refund.

I have tried reaching your support desk without any luck. Please let me know full details on how to submit refund request.
