Over commitment

I planned my holidays for Mysore on long weekend and booked 2 rooms in Hotel Mango Suits with Makemytrip without a miss I called up the hotel and confirmed if they have received my booking from Makemytrip which they denied. I forwarded them the booking slip and got confirmation. Surprisingly, the next day on my arrival there were no rooms in the hotel and hotel staffed asked us to stay in an apartment. I tried some other hotels but unluckily all hotels were booked in lieu of long weekend. There was no support from Makrmytrip.


We had no option left but to stay in the apartment provided by hotel staff. My questions:




  1. Why 3 rooms were out of service in Mango Lounge?




  2. Why Makemytrip didn’t support me when needed?




  3. what about all other service which one gets in a hotel were missing in apartment?






Makemytrip spoiled our holiday. Me and my guests were left with no option in a other city to stay in a pathetic apartment without service committed.
