Ticket cancellation & no response from CSupport

I had booked a round trip from BLR- GOA-BLR, 3 APRIL ONWARD and 6 APRIL RETURN all confirmed booking along with the package of stay.

The BOOKING ID IS:NP2803250091896 I received an SMS telling the PNR( KY5HUT) for my son is cancelled- where as it was confirmed yesterday( by Makemytrip). The Indigo airlines service desk informed that it was done by Makemytrip.com.

Iam unable to reach your customer support after multiple attempts( 15 attempts) they donot answer the call and transfer the call, which seems to be a tactic to avoid the customer.

I would like the complete refund of my amount Rs.46.834. A very bad experience which I realised after reading lots of reviews of cheated customers. Iam planning a legal course of action shortly and Iam in touch with my lawyer.
