Worst Customer Service

They won’t even bother to inform flight cancellations and if you find it and ask them, they would say "sorry for the inconvenience" and we’ll refund the money for that segment and you can buy your own ticket in any other airlines or makemytrip can help you book in another flight. This is ridiculous.


There are some representatives like Geeta Arya, she won’t even respond to your queries once you buy tickets. When it comes for refund, they just rip you off.
