I recently booked a property through MakeMyTrip, and as a Gold member, I expected reliable assistance, as they claim to provide support whenever needed. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience. Despite my requests for help in changing my booking dates or canceling the property for a refund, MakeMyTrip didn’t make any effort to resolve the issue. I spoke with Shivani from customer support, who contacted the hotel on my behalf, but the hotel denied the request. It feels like there are no real benefits to being a MakeMyTrip member, and I suggest others be cautious when relying on their service.
