MAKEMYTRIP (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
The app platform is very average as it compared to other travel companies and provides high fares usually as compared to other websites. I booked a flight with them and they have cheated me by buying tickets from sky scanner and then selling me the same ticket at a higher fare.
Also, upon cancellation a service fee of 2500 INR was charged by the company in the name of Cancellation service fee of Make my trip.
I would not recommend this at all.
