Don’t trust MMT, at least for holidays. My family went on Malaysia-Singapore holiday in December’12, and MMT has not only delivered poor service, but cheated us on inclusions. I have raised a complaint on MMT website and escalated it as per their procedure. I have now reached the top of escalation matrix (see below) and am not hopeful whether any thing would be done. So much for this Nasdaq-listed company. Shame on them.
