When I pointed out some deficiencies of the tour package I availed recently, their Customer Service was rude and arrogant as if I shouldn’t have raised my concerns. Henceforth have decided to dump MMT and book hotels, flights and transportation on my own, which is no big deal and will save some money. They are simply aggregators and are acting big because people don’t take efforts to plan trips on their own.
