A great MALAAL..........

With Sanjay leela bhansali as co producer and son of Javed Jafri, Meezan I thought the movie could have something which could make it watchable but there was nothing of such kind.

The plot of the movie is in 1920s Mumbai city and the story is of a boy who is very aggressive in nature. A political party leader makes him join his political party which pretends to be working for the welfare of Marathi people. This life of the main character Shiva is also having a loving mother and a frustrated father. The lady lead Astha is the daughter of a family living in the neighbourhood of Shiva. Now the love life of Shiva and astha is shown in the movie and that’s it. The movie changes the behaviour of the main hero Shiva very suddenly and do no justify this ata all.

The movie is very confusing and there are many scenes in the movie that are just annoying and you will just end up asking yourself why this is happening in the movie. This movie makes the characters do random things at just random period of times.

Now performance wise Meezan and Sharmin have done OK. Meezan Jafri is a very good dancer just like his father. The actor playing the role of Shiva’s father have done a very decent job in acting

Songs are poor in a single word just poor. I don’t know when Bollywood will realise that they can avoid adding songs to the movies instead of adding such rubbish in the name of music.

Cinematography is poor as well. I don’t know what made the writer feel that a movie could be made with this story. The movie is a complete headache which just keeps on increasing till the movie ends.

So if you still want to watch the movie, do so at your own risk. You will surely feel the malaal.
