I had ordered yellow saphire in gold ring and a ruby in gold ring on 2nd August 2023. They were supposed to be giving me the ring on 2nd August and i had been calling they to check if it is done.everytine theybcome up with new dates and new stories. Today one person from the store said they had given to another vendor to make it and it will take at least 10days more.. who takes 40 to 50 days to make a ring? This seems to be a fraudulent act by the Malabar store situated at Bannerghatta main road in Bangalore. I have paid aroubd a lakh of rupeers as advance payment and this is what I am getting. This is unacceptable. I hope soneone from Malabar management see this and if the company is a legit one they will give me the product ASAP or return me the money if they can’t deli
