I heard lot of stories about Malar doctors negligence, especially at malar critical care unit. Other private doctors in Chennai do not recommend malar for the very same reason.
sometimes they do the procedures that are not necessary. The doctors do not look at the patients’ condition whether the patient will withstand the procedure.
Doctors want to make money, the hospital wants revenue and they are willing to do any tests and procedure so that they can produce a huge medical bill to collect.
It is very unfair on the doctors’ part to make a living on sick patients. These doctors have little training. They are supposed to save patients lives. and not to complicate. It is very unfortunate that they built a hospital in a busy city like adyar. The hospital is using all the indian resources and abusing our own people. That is totally unacceptable.
For the amount of money they charge, their service is really questionable and the doctors and nurses are very negligent. There are other smaller private hospitals and nursing homes which are providing much better quality health care.
No one is questioning these negligent doctors and nurses at malar.
In Hindu mythology, it is said that Lord Anjaneya was a powerful man. He was not a doctor, but he had the courage to bring the right doctor to save Lakshmanan’s life. Malar should hire qualified doctors from outside and discipline negligent doctors for any wrong doings.
There are other hospitals in Thailand. Malaysia and Singapore which are providing quality care and many westerners are willing to go there for treatment and patients do not mind their long, sometimes nonstop air travel. Media should get involved in investigations and expose Malar
