Though the tourists gets the advantage of Malaysian Airlines going on almost all desired destinations across the globe on affordable prices in comparison with various other deluxe international airlines.
The visitors would not bear difficult in booking a seat not even at the check in counter of India where you will pleased and helped the ground staff. The extra baggage problems also gets solved with patience. The ground staff at Indian Airport are quick and hospitable.
The journey starts by the take off where first you will feel delighted to be in fairy world. Journey has just started. I took a flight from New Delhi to Auckland, New Zealand with a transit of four hours at Kuala Lumpur.I had a miserable experience.
The passengers are requested to lock their request for meal while booking a seat. After a request for an Asian Vegetarian Meal, i was given a different meal.i asked for the replacement and keeping a check on the meal I requested, the air hostess just turned her back however she can gave me the meal or other substitutes like juice or other drinks.
I myself requested to pour me the two glasses of juices as it was the longest flight and I was hungry although. The cabin crew staff miss the sense of hospitality. The seats are just okay in an economy class, the passengers may fall in problems while resting. The aircraft is nicely designed mechanically plus the pilots are usually efficient and very informative of the journey.
My uncle lost the bag on the way and very sorry to say it took three months for getting the compensation. The only problem passengers may fall with the cabin crew on long distance flights otherwise a good option for 4-5 hours flight. Moreover, not that expensive too for traveling.
