I happened to taste Malibu last Christmas at my friend’s place in Dubai . He had Archers peach schnapps , malibu and some whiskeys. I am far from whiskeys , brandys and even rum.He poured it in and added a few ice cubes and added some Lacnor mango juice to it and handed it to me. It tasted great, it was tasting like coconut water with mango flavour mixed and sweet. Well this was the begining and from that time I go for Malibu rum whenever possible, especially as an appetizer, but only a small amount each time as I am not into hard drinks in a big way and I dont personally prefer them. Well then, this is an exception!
