Today I visited Narayana Hrudayala - Malla Reddy Hospitals for the one year follow-up of my mother’s health and I have seen a tremendous improvement of facilities and dedication compared to my last year visit.
My mother was the first patient in this Hospital and she had gone through the mitral valve replacement surgery last year and they treated her just like their mother. we were very very tensed at the beginning but doctors sat with our family before the surgery and explained each and every point about the problem, surgery and it’s possible outcomes in a very detailed manner which cleared all the doubts and fear in our family member’s brain.
The best thing about this hospital I found is the dedication and commitment of doctors (and most importantly ) of staff. The moment you enter into the hospital you find atleast one person to help out in your concerns. I definitely refer this as the best hospital for any of my friends and relatives. Even though they are specialized in Heart surgeries but they do have very good scope in other areas as well. My mother has got rebirth from this hospital and I am truly satisfied with this hospital.
