We hear you say! Mallika will rock!!

One thing I liked about the review (is she all about a sex symbol) was the point of view was clear. There was no praise nor intent to say more than what the author sees when he sees Mallika. Apart from this, any positive words were more of what he felt this girl was out to do and admiration for someone achieving that success, nevertheless to the dislike of many. I too see a lot of good in this skin showing girl, and rightly put she seems harmless enough with definitely a good heart.

This girl is going places, not because of her skin, not because of her outrageous comments, but because people are forced to sit up and take notice of her. It may not work in her favour if she quietens down now, and now she is living the image that we have created for her but a few can tell who she really is. She is today one of India’s most recognised faces, accept it. And to give her due credit, she has done brilliant portrayal of the character she has played. She has an awesome body that she uses very sensuously (siren like) without seeming vulgar (unless you are with parents) and she is quiet a pretty face too. Here is a titbit, she was the most photographed celebrity at the Cannes this year. It takes a certain amount of guts to be a naughty shocking celebrity than I am my mumma’s girl image, which every actress tries to portray both off and on screen.

Karan Johar in ’Koffee with Karan’ says there were only a handful of episodes where he has not mentioned her name. Directors like Subhash Ghai, David Dhawan, Sanjay Leela Bansali have no disgruntle towards her and I am sure these fabulous directors see a great amount of talent in her. She does play her characters amicably well, come on give her credit folks. She did a hilarious job in the serial flick, Sarabhai vs Sarabhai. If you cant see the talent in her acting, stop staring at her cleavage people!!!

Some how when women find her vulgar I feel even more sympathetic to her. The same women who cry, we can wear whatever we want: say ’’oh look at her how vulgar’’ In this sa’as bahu treatment that women give out to Mallika, I am with this not so indian bahu.

Most women hate her, most men are indifferent and many a few like to see her, for her skin show, the statements but also just for the fact that she hits a rare cord in the back of our minds. She may not be the type of girl you want to take home (to your parents) but she might very well be the type of girl you want to support and elect as the college president who will kick some serious butt. She is someone you can rightly say is a heroine (if not an actress). She has a spine, she has guts, and there will always be a few who believe you have a lot of good in you and that will keep us coming to your support.

Mallika! Go get em girl!!! You will Rock !!!
