My wife was admitted to this hospital for a day care procedure. At first there is no option to go for a single bedded day care. You need to choose from General ward (8 bedded, Rs. 800 per day), 4 bedded General ward 1000 per day and two bedded day care 1200 per day.
For me 2 bedded was not available, so had to go for 4 bedded day care which I feel was worst than a General ward of Govt. hospital (considering the Procedure charges and Per day rent). No Tissues, soap in the bath room. The bath room hygiene was pathetic.
The patient diet was given when I asked for at around 2 PM and that too so spicy that a normal person cannot have that. Later when I objected to that, they served a normal food and a Juice (which they charged later on @ Rs. 22)
I was given some post procedure medicines , 2 tablets (around Rs. 34) were charged but not actually given to me. I feel a common Bangalore thinks that the IT guys can pay anything but not time which is true to some extent. Request my all IT brothers to pay attention to such small issue for a safe journey towards future.
The only thing I like is the attiMr_customtakeouter of Dr. Prathima Reddy.
Try to avoid this hospital.
