When level of this bad cholesterol rises in body;it may not give any symptoms;even if it causes “Hypertension”(High Blood Pressure).That is the reason it is called “SILENT KILLER”.

In advance cases chest; arm or jaw pain(sometimes TOOTHACHE also).these are signs which signify impeding Heart Attack.

There are other symptoms of coming heart attack;

i)Unexplained sweating all over with cold body.

ii)Unexplained dizziness;weakess; or faintness.

There are certain vitamins called as “ANTI-OXIDANTS”they help in many ways;they are SAFE.They inactivate free radicals(which can damage cells).They are—

i)Vitamin-E-prevents first step in development of plaque-ocidation of Bad

Cholesterol.

ii)Vitamin-C; It helps to recycle Vit-E; keep arteries flexible.(Not very high

dose)

iii)Beta-Carotene- they protect against heart diseases.

iv) Folic Acid—it reduces homocysteine(which is responsible for hear attack)

v)Omega3 fatty acids(in fish and flaxseed) reduce Triglycerides.

There are methods  and methods;but it depends upon you what to take;how to take up these habits;to prevent cholesterol!
