I am proud to say that I am a himachali and this place is one of the main attractions of my state .Like many other states in our state Manali is a marvellous place to visit.
Manali is located near kullu and is a big tourist site.
But sadly there are also cases of marujuana trade which prevails over there so be aware of that .
In Manali there are nany attractions .The Bias river in middle of the kullu and manali.Rohtang pass which is an amazing site if you want to see any snowing during the winters and bhimakali mandir which is main attraction and is at the top of the mountain with almost 3-4 km of trek.But its worth it.
The place is so beautiful it will just fade away all your exhaustion and you will so peaceful to visit the temple and the view.In that temple there vessel where the butter itself generates and when it breaks from the sun rays coming from the small opening it itself breaks and is distributed among the people.
The best part is the restaurants are cheap and at the rate of 500 at night you can book the room and food also.I stayed for 5 days for this reason.
Also kullu is nearby and its just amazing to visit with so many things to explore like hidimba mata.Such a pleasant and amazing place with such a beautiful temple and forest.
Eveytime I feel like get to a peaceful place I go to manali and the temples to get enlightened.I love this place and advice you to go there during winters if possible ots amazing in January but rohtang pass maybe close bit still worth it.Also you may find many tourists taking up place for themselves and telling you to go from there .But do not obey them it is your land and they are foreigners you must remind them. You may meet many abusive tourists there that may provoke you but dont be and tell them to mind their business and not give you the orders.
But if you ignore all these negetive things its an amazing place.Do visit manali
