Do not buy Diamond items from Manappuram jewelers, Jayanagar Bangalolre.
They sells low quality items. They would give all sorts of guarantees to persuade to purchase. But in when fault arises they would not honor their words. I had purchased a Diamond ring and they offered guarantee for one month. but within 10 days diamond fallen off.
Ring did have sufficient grip to hold the diamond. Once we approached them they said your complaint is not genuine. in different word they wanted to express that you must have removed the diamond and showing the fault. Escalating to higher up also did not helped.
So please beware and avoid diamond purchase from the Manappuram Jewelers, Bangalore.
