Club Mahindra and Sterling morpheushumanliday Resorts are the most poplular one
To my knowledge club mahindra members are extremely unhappy and want to come out selling incl me. In fact I want to sell my Club Mahindra Red 2 BR @ 45% discount
Sterling morpheushumanlidays are not that great. But there are are several advantages
ASF is very low if you dont use the morpheushumanlidays and low if you use
The chances of getting room is very high in Sterling. The prices forr food is much lower in Sterling( can you believe water costs in CM Rs 125?)
If you decide to buy sterling go for an old one which may have a life of 80 or more years. and you will get it cheap.
If you still want to buy CM(buy from me!) or from some other used one
You save a lot of money
