I bought hosting form the manashosting. They are totally a fraud company. In the month of Jan I bought their unlimited package. They activated my product on the same day and provided me a login ID. It works only once. But after that they provide me new details after 1 week. After that they transfer my hosting from one server to another. I lost all the databases.
They transfer only files.I am collecting all my data and was able to start only 2 website in 1 week. After that they block my account and demanding Rs 15000/- for resuming my services. They are giving the worst reason and says that I have created backup folder in their hosting.
Many times I tried to call and raised ticket they are giving me same reply. First pay and then talk. they are saying that I created the backup folder in my hosting. But out of 5 folders, 2 folders are my live website folder and remaining 3 folder are from my old server which was transferred by them itself.
Please don’t trust on manashosting. Their sales team is very active but after you purchase the product they are totally bad.
