How Manashosting cheats you

*I want to share my verybad experience with manas hosting.In simple manas hosting is not good company.


You only waste your money if you deal with manas hosting.*


Quickly:




  1. Manas Hosting will block your website and ask for more money.




If you pay they will start your website and  after few days they do the same.(why and how? check below)




  1. No support from manas hosting. For support they want money more money




  2. They will block your website control panel and you can not do any thing about it.




  3. I am sure they do this for all users who purchase hosting more than 1 year(for Blackmailing).




  4. Once you setup your website and email they will block your website and your business and profession will be lost completely.

I will mention few interesting terms:-


01.Misuse of the allotted server space, bandwidth are prohibited and penalty will be charged.




  1. In case of misuse of an allotted email ID space, we will have the rights to diminish the space provided for one email ID




  2. Misuse of bandwidth will lead a client to be entitled for lesser bandwidth in future or account would be suspended or deleted.




  3. There is no provision of refund in Manashosting for any products under any circumstances.






05.(Again they mention) In any circumstances money refund is not possible.


than means for example if you pay for 5 years 20, 000 after 1 year they will sure block your website and manas hosting will say that you misuse/overuse of the resources. and they will create a invoice with panelty amount an another 10, 000. if you dont pay they will not start your website again and you can not claim for refund.




  1. if website/server etc will down then we are not responsible for any losses face by client.(WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE .?)




  2. Manashosting would like to announce that any one misbehave or using abuse languages to our employee then we will suspend or delete his/ her account without any priority notice, and he will not get any refund and further support from Manashosting any point of time. For this Manashosting is not responsible. Manashosting have full rights to take action against that client/ visitor. Client/ Visitor has to pay 5000/- fine or penalty for each abuse word.






They will create a situation where you give gaali(abuse word) to manashosting employees


Manas hosting want to earn from the gaalis also


1 gaali= 5000 Indian rupees


5 gaali= 25, 000 Indian rupees


And there will be no discount on gaalis(abuse words)


First time in my life i am witnessing this thing.




  1. If your primary domain is moved from us to another service provider, then your additional domains hosted on the same account will be deleted automatically and your hosting account will be cancelled due to inactivity of your account.YOU CAN NOT MOVE YOUR WEBSITE EASILY TO ANOTHER WEB SERVICE PROVIDER




  2. If manashosting is not having customers correct contact detail and phone number then manashosting is having full rights to suspend and delete the account without any intimation.






At any circumstances if your contact details do not match with who.is records, website contact address and the details provided in the billing software the same would be considered as reselling and we have all rights to suspend /delete your account without any prior notice


For exapmle your mention phone number is not working and they are not able to contact you that they will delete your website with out any notification and you can not do any thing.


No matter you changed your sim, phone lost, changed your place what ever.


10.Any issue which is not related to server and can be solved by the customer himself then it will be charge 99/- per minute if it’s handling by manashosting.

THINK BEFORE SENDING ANY TICKET TO THEIR SUPPORT. THEY CAN CREATE AN INVOICE OF RS.5000 JUST TO SOLVE YOUR ISSUE BASED ON 99 RS PER MIN

  1. If any client knowingly and intentionally misusing the manpower, resources of company or time of any support employee of Manashosting then the client has to pay fine of 99/- per minute with late fee of 500/- per month. The same rule is applicable even if the problem from client side is there and Client is wasting unnecessary time of our employee.




  2. If you are uploading Audio/Video/Pdf/Zip/Rar/Dll etc heavy size file then you have to pay penalty per MB 500 per month.






Abuse of Space:


As per our policies, at least 90% of your web pages(HTML) must be "Linked" with files(.GIF, .JPEG, .PDF, .ZIP, .RAR, .DLL etc.) which are stored in our server. Web space must not be used by your visitor for free upload, download heavy size file. Web sites containing a large number of unlinked files or using server space for data storing propose are subject to deletion of files otherwise we will cancellation the account without prior notice


Than what is unlimited space plan for? If you want to share your resume, company profile or rate list in pdf you can not. Manas hosting will block your website they constantly search for these file in server.


Just think if you can not use you web space for these files that what is use for taking web space.




  1. As per the website content and Package mentioned in the Manashosting website, at the time of order placed, if any client is using more than the specified limit in his package for his domain then the client is entitled to pay the fine of TEN times more of the amount which is mentioned in the extra resource page: https://manashosting.com/more_resources.html with late fee of 15% of high usage price per month. Before using high resources, you have to upgrade your package. After used more resources, you cannot change or upgrade the package. First you have to clear all your old dues of over usage/ renewal and then you can change the package. After the expiry of your domain, if you did not renew your package from us or you moved your website from Manashosting then also you have to pay the fee of high resources used with last pending fee if any.With this point manas hosting will take 10 time extra money if you over used there resource




For example if you run wordpress or joomla or any other database based website 100% manas hosting will block your website based on your over usage of database.


There are lots of technical things where manas hosting can block your website and you just sit and watch




  1. Late fee is minimum 500/- per month for delay payment or 15% of sum amount per month, if the product price is more than 5000/-




  2. Spamming, copyright infringement, Illegal contents are strictly prohibited. If found violating a charge of 50, 000 will be levied as penalty.






THEY CHARGE 50, 000 FOR SPAMMING, AND MANAS HOSTING DOING SPAMMING, SENDING BULK EMAILS IN BACK DOORS

required more resources you should have opted for better packages which


would help your site to run without disturbing other shared hosting


customers and due to this we have incurred losses. Each day your due amount


with interest will be increasing 5 to 6 times of you actual invoice if


payments are delayed and you are liable even if you have moved the service


from us without clearing the invoice.


We will not be


responsible for any losses derived as an outcome of this process bore by


you or your company. We have been protecting your data for a long period


and the losses incurred are beyond the penalty for misuse. If you are the


rightful owner please do revert else your account would be deleted


permanently within the next 48-36 hours. Please call 07411464938 to avoid


account deletion at the earliest.


If you have already paid


please call this number to get your domain name off the software. Else your


hosting account will be deleted permanently and you will not get any


back-ups and you will be responsible for any losses and your domain will be


blacklisted such that you will not be able to host your website with any


other hosting providers across the world.

I just share some points based on my experience.


and if any manas hosting employees see this message than listen.


I owned 1 website from manas hosting in 2008 and initially it was very good experience with you.


than I buy 1 more website in 2011.


but since 2012 I paid 2 time misuse/overuse invoices(which was completly wrong invoices).


and AGAIN you guys raised new misuse/overuse invoices and blocked my websites


I have paid for 3 years and not using my websites because you blocked.


argument with you in this matter is not worth for me.


after wasting more than RS.20, 000 with manas hosting


finally I am using other web hosting company( not display the name for there publicity).


at last seriously I dont have money and time otherwise will file a true criminal case against manas hosting.
