I have been a customer of manashosting for last one year. and I’ll tell you this 1 year was a nightmare. This company is so arrogant that they are not ready to accept their faults, those who dare to write against them are their competitor they believe.
Manashosting’s Tech support/Billing are the worst, I don’t find any example to compare with.
Those who belong to India may compare them with Bihar’s former CM, Laloo Yadav.
If you raise a Ticket with Technical Team they will ask you to go to Billing Team. and Billing Team will ask you to go to tech Team. but nobody will resolve you issue.If you try reaching them on phone, it’s simply impossible. They have one way communication line which is only used to trap new customers and money extortion in the name of server up-gradation.
Friends, go anywhere but not to ManasHosting.com because they are pathetic. Everything will sound excellent until you make the payment. No one will listen to you once they receive the payment.
My website is down for last 10 days. have raise tickets with Tech team. they are saying resolve some issue with billing team. Billing team is saying that there is no problem and kept my ticket on hold.
And my site is still down. Manashosting does not care.
