I have registered on manashosting in 2006 earlier we did not face any problem but after 2 year they start adding some critical process at consumer end like you have to submit ticket to order packages then make payment and again send payment details (in 2009 they have asked for payments details for more than 25 time in year).
When you are dealing with billing team it is worse thing they dont reply to your ticket at least 10 days. I have faced site down every year and there is no option to shif domain
