I have been using manashosting since feb2013. this is one of the worst service provider I have faced. Except theie pre-sales team who will call you almost everyday from the day once you provide your contact number. tech support team is pathetic, never reply on ticket even if you mark that ticket critical. All tickets for them with low priority. They talk to chat like they don’t care what the fing customer is saying. DO NOT CARE attitude. Instead of trying to fix issue, tech team person suggest to buy some other packages to resolve that issue. Totally Pathetic and not acceptable.
