MANAS HOSTING is A BIG FRAUD Web hosting company

My Request to all the people Please don’t go for MANAS HOSTING Services [url=https://manashosting.com]

It is a Big fraud Hosting company and it is a Big Cheating company.

I am based out of Bangalore and I have small business and I have taken the web hosting package just a month ago.

I been to there branch at Bangalore it is in Basaveshwara Nagar it is not a well organized company it is a small office which is only 5 people working in this company.

I contacted them to opt webhosting services for my Business and I have taken 3 years package.

As discussed with tele-caller as below

I asked for 1 year she gave me for 3 year package forcefully please note her name also MANASA.

I told her give few more days to finalise and she use to call me every day because this package is for very short period, I told her to send a person to collect the CASH she said they don’t have such services (Because they don’t want to show their face). Finally I have paid money by online and I have taken my domain registration and have taken 3 years hosting package also.

Please note till that it was well they created me a customer login and they configured all the details.

5- 6 days was good and I was happy, After that there is no such call to teach us how can we use it, finally I have learned myself and believe me from last 1 month I have faced LOT of ISSUES.

Due this really it is affected on my business and I totally lost my interest.

Issues are as follows and I have all the records for the same.

Web mail is not working properly all the times server will be very slow.

Any arrived mails if need to check at least it will take 2 to 5 minutes to open a single incoming mail.

They have following server if need to configure mail in OUTLOOK it will not support the and if u ask the support team (after 20 calls u r luck if they respond to the call) they will say straightly it is 3rd party software and we don’t have the service for the same.

Above server are really slow and will not working properly and it is USELESS……

I have called a technical person (He is out of MANAS Hosting) he configured the mail in OUTLOOK. PLEASE Note my friends there is a incoming mails there is no support for OUTGOING Mails. Our technical person called MANAS HOSTING they respond us after trying 10 times and it took 30 minutes to connect the MANAS HOSTING SUPPORT TEAM (A Useless Team) we asked that person (We called Chennai Contact Number as per the MANAS Hosting the number is 040-44580700) the problem I really don’t know which language he is speaking but we know that he is trying to say something in English, finally we got to know that he telling that it is not support and it is a 3rd party software. If it is not support for outlook why should we go for such service?

We tried configured the mail in Smart phones believe me same issue.

Unfortunately I lost all the mails in webmail there is no mails in inbox if I get mail to inbox it will vanish after 2 minutes surprise believe me we have not did any changes in webmail.

Which is not at all friendly.

Will the mail ID’s are support Gmail, Please don’t ask this question to the technical department even they don’t know what it is, how such people in a service company.

Some time IF I CONNECTED TECHNICAL TEAM OF MANAS HOSTING BY ONLINE They will ask such question really I don’t know what it is and we should send a mail to them for our details for that we have to RAISE THE TICKET…..PLEASE NOTE DOWN THE DETAILS WHAT THEY WILL ASK AT THE TIME YOU RAISE THE TICKET.

If you pay 3 dollars also they will not give the service properly.

Finally I decided to move from MANAS HOSTING EVEN THEIR PLAN ALSO SAME the customers will move if the service is not good but I really continue the relationship with MANAS HOSTING with LEAGLLY.

Dear Friends Request you please don’t go for MANAS HOSTING SERVICES believe me I am really upset and I totally lost interest on My SMALL Business. Don’t entertain the calls from MANAS HOSTING.
