My self Mukesh Jain owning a software company in Chittorgarh Rajasthan. Recently on 03/08/2013 I have purchased a Hosting Plan from Manas Hosting Company - Before purchase they called me about 50 times to purchase their server and make lots of false commitment to me.
I talked to one of their sales executive Sharddha - 07411010172, she convinced me for purchasing a plan of Linux Web hosting with Cpanel and commit to active my service in just 2 to 3 hours. But when I see my control panel they provided me Windows Hosting (I billed for Linux hosting) and don’t provide me cPanel insisted of cPanel they provide another useless panel.
I contact to there support team and billing team but just wasting my time for 10 minutes saying they are not listening my voice properly. I submit support ticket for refund money they have option for 30 days money back. But they denied to refund and tell me give them a genuine reason for that.
Then I search on Google about Manashosting company I found it is the case not only with me, Lots of people suffered from ManasHosting they are just white collar Robbers in the Hosing Industry. You can check the following link
