I am one of the oldest customer of manashosting since 2006-2007 and i bet i have not seen the worst service like manashosting ever b4.
Initially when it started in small office in basaveshwara nagar, bangalore. I happened to visit office and had f2f interact and i trusted it. Even personally met aman and other senior in charges at manashosting.
So i blindly trusted and registered many domains with them. Later during renewal/technical issue arise i realized its worst service just waste time, money, energy & efforts. These days their customer service is very much worst and very bugging.
Pre-sales they say its world class but provide 3rd class service.they dont even have a courtesy to take initiative and solve the issue other than passing the ball to others court. They simply pass the query (pre sales dept - billing dept - tech dept- renew dept) and at the end its just waste of time energy and money.
Even through continuous follow-up they dont even have the courtesy to callback and ask the feedback and know the issue updates at the end youll get the overall output no customer satisfaction, and the worst experience.
Kindly request you guys dont do the same mistake. Avoid manashosting company.
