Do not buy flats in Manav Housing projects. Review on Manav Developers Pune

I bought a flat in Silver Springs in Wagholi scheme by Manav Housing, Pune.

This could be one of the worst decisions of my life.

To list down few important items:

1. Their flats have poor workmanship, door hinges are weak, Electrical wiring is sloppy with lose buttons, lifts have poor performance, mosquito nets are fragile, window frames are inclined & many more.

   
   




2. There is no sewage treatment plant

   
   




3. Amenities wrt number of units are very less. with 2 ppl standing in GYM, you have houseful board.

   
   




4. Flats haven’t survived  even one monsoon & there are already cracks in walls as well as leakage(in some flats it is huge)

   
   




5. Engineers(so called) have hardly any solution for your problems other than’lets wait and see’.

   
   




6. They haven’t registered the society with Wagholi- Gram Panchayat & hence garbage collection is an issue. You don’t get any support from Gram Panchayat, as building is not registered.

   
   




7. There is no drainage system in place. All waste is getting collected in adjacent plot, to pollute the water, which one day we might be drinking?

   
   




8. For water there was one bore, but it is not working anymore. Water from Tankers is the only solution.

   
   




9. No visitor parking. Parking spaces allocated to some owners is so small that they can;t buy new car.not for lack of money, but for lack of space.

   
   




10. Connecting road to this scheme is full of potholes.(Not builder’s concern directly, but they could have joined hands with other builders to make it little more travel friendly)

    
    




11. Manav Group does condominium deed, so you are not allowed to form society. Any flat owner has rights to use his flat for any purpose like Pappu dairy.?

    
    

12.  Kitchen slab(or OTTA as they call it) is so weak that you can’t even grind ginger for your tea fearing it might collapse.

1. Complaints are not worked upon despite too many reminders.

   
   




2. Attitude of the builder towards flat owners is pathetic specially when ppl have started staying there.

   
   




3. Demand for security cameras was refused by Builder. They are stingy.

   
   

Verdict: If you care for your hard earned money, please find a better & more reputed builder .

Few things Manav group did good(mostly by accident).

1. They gave possession on time.

   
   




2. They have RO-water purifier plant. But limited drinking water supply. 30 min 2 times a day.

   
   




3. Garden area & cricket pitch is relatively ok.You can plan some small functions there.
