The best thing I like about this place is the fact that the food is rich from sea.We went as a group of 6 people and had a lot of fun, embracing the relaxation before the sea.Playing many kinds of sporting activities and other frolics.We stayed at a cottage which was rather expensive.However, they compensated it by serving us some very good ameliorate in the form of crabs(fresh from a grab) varied kinds of fishes and any other delicacy we wanted.
The one thing I can vouch for safely is the cooking.The cook was a villager.Still, his hand was very special in giving us a swell occasion.We thanked him when we left and offered him a small wage as a form of gratitude.The only thing I disliked about Mandarmani was the water sports and sky flying.That has caused a major accident few days ago.Its glad to hear it is banned.There is also not much sight-seeing to do in Mandarmani. If you are travelling from Kolkata, you have to arrive at Digha firstly and then take a bus or capool to reach Mandarmani.Its a nice venture from Digha, which is another seaside tourist spot.
