Hi I purchased Maruti Baleno from Mandovi and recently met with an accident and visited their Body repair work shop, I had worst experience of my life time and pledged that I will never go to them for service. Body repair tool nearly 2 long agonizing months to complete after repeatedly calling every day to get the work done. I have never heard of any dealer taking so much time to do few parts replacements. When the job is done it took 1 week to get Insurance processed.
Then they make a fat bill of components replaced and you will end up paying nearly 50 % if the bill amount from your pocket, After that when I went to collect the vehicle, Work is not done completly. While purchasing my car I got Tail Spoiler fitted in the show room. I noticed it was missing. Upon enquiry supervisor says its extra component that I got fitted so they will not do it and hence they lief my spoiler in my boot without fittng it. I had customized my head lamps and fitted more powerful lamps 100/90 with cut out relay circuit they removed every thing and placed 50/60 lamps.
They stole my Bluapunkt car stereo , ITs missing and the supervisor telling all sorts of stories for it and they never returned me...I kept calling...and got fed up. Since they kept the vehicle for nearly 2 months in garage, Battery got discharged, They did not even bother to charge it. Next day I have to go out of town and I see Battery completly drained and it s not starting. When I called the supervisor he said contact Exide and those guys need 2 days to charge the battery. So my trip got screwed. Most of the wirings are done wrongly. It was pathetic....Even during normal servicing sessions also I was not happy with them, as most of the complaints what you have they will never complete them. Till the sale is made they treat you like God , Once u purchase thats it.
