I had my vehicle repaired under insurance for body. I gave it Mandovi JD Mara (Bannerugatta rd) and the exp was just great! Timely service with accurate expenditure and a great job done. Most importantly I would like to point out that after giving the car at the workshop, I realized that certain important things like a very costly umbrella and basic car-care things which were placed under the seat was left back.
By the time I went back, they said that the car is already dispatched to the workshop; however, did not mention the reason. I was delighted to see that everything was intact and in fact, the umbrella was neatly wrapped in a good plastic cover and placed at the back of the car.
Anyways, these small things does make an organisation great!
