What can be more worsest that they enter our room when we went for sightseen without our permission by using their master key and when we came back we saw our room in different condition n when we object they say if our customer goes away how we can cum to knw n its our policy they didnt consider it wrong.just imagine you are doing anything in your room n they can enter using master key anytime.
